How do you know what parts and labour are needed in my car service?
  • We use the recommended service schedule from your vehicle’s manufacturer.
  • If its unavailable, schedules are derived from analysing thousands of invoices for your vehicle.
How are the prices calculated?
  • We use market related parts pricing and average labour rates per area.

Is the quoted price, the price I actually pay?
  • Yes, the price quoted is the final price. It includes all the parts and labour needed for that service. Once online payment is received this price is reserved.
  • If any additional work is required following a car diagnostic, the workshop will contact you and get your consent prior to starting.
  • Why not check the new pricing on Servisor to see if you are getting value?
Do I have to accept any additional work?
  • Any quoted additional work does not fall within your car service schedule.
  • You have no obligation to accept any additional work. Your original service will be completed no matter what.
Can I change my booking?
  • Sure, contact your workshop directly and they will happily reschedule your booking.
  • There's no fee to reschedule your booking, however, if you wish to cancel your booking altogether, you will be refunded the original booking fee paid minus a R50 cancellation fee.
  • Should you fail to show up at the time and place arranged with the Workshop without cancelling in advance, you will forfeit the entire booking fee.
Can I trust the workshop doing the service or repair?
  • Only Servisor approved workshops are part of our network.
  • Our workshops are constantly assessed on customer feedback, business health checks and their Retail Motor Industry Body status.
How do I know I am getting quality parts?
  • All our partners commit to only fit genuine vehicle manufacturer parts or quality aftermarket parts that meet or exceed manufacturer recommendations based on your selection.
  • If you suspect any parts are of inferior quality, contact us directly at info@servisor.co.za.
Is the work guaranteed?
  • There is a 6-month guarantee on all parts and workmanship through the Workshop delivering the service.
What are my payment options?
  • Booking through Servisor gives you access to 7 different payment methods through Payfast.
  • Servisor also uniquely offers access to short term credit providers to pay for your booking (cancellation fees apply). If you suspect any fraud on your card please contact Servisor help for assistance at info@servisor.co.za.
